Hi! I'm a wildlife ecologist located in Seattle, WA.
I graduated with an MSc from the University of Washington in 2019. In my research, I used a combination of remote cameras, live-trapping, bird point-count surveys, vegetation surveys and statistical analyses to understand how wildlife in Glacier Bay National Park, AK respond to human activity and glacial recession. This research integrates two aspects of ecology that I am particularly interested in: human/wildlife coexistence dynamics and wildlife responses to climate change.
No human is just one thing, however. I am a scientist, but am also a cook, a runner, a snowboarder, a sister, an avid hiker and a car-karaoke fiend. |
